Here's another tasty delight from the humans at Youth Food Movement Australia and this one is perfect for when those cooler days finally arrive. Seriously, what's the deal with this weather? The mushroom is often a some what under rated ingredient, it is a fungus after all, but when chop, sauté and add a little somethin' somethin' the mushroom takes on a life of it's own.

 

 

We can quite easily imagine curling up on the couch with our hunny, a bottle of wine and a bowl of this garlic-y goodness. We're not even concerned about garlic breath because our hunny will be devouring this tastebud tantalizer too and surely two garlic breaths could cancel each other out, right?
