At Twenty Something Humans (TSH, 'We') we have total respect for our users’ data and privacy. Any information that is shared with us will be kept safe, it will never be sold or traded with any third parties. Our website uses cookies.


Mandatory information


When you purchase our merchandise, you will need to provide personal information like your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses. This will be stored securely. We use Big Cartel as our external purchasing provider. You can read their privacy statement here.


Shipping addresses and telephone numbers (for tracked orders only) are shared securely with Big Cartel so that we can package and dispatch merchandise to you.


When you buy from us, you will need to provide payment details using a card payment, processed by Stripe.


Your payment details are processed and stored securely by the payment providers named above. TSH does not process or store your card or bank account details. Read about Stripe’s privacy policies here.


We collect this information to:


  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;


From 25 May 2018, email addresses provided during the purchase process will only be used to contact you about your purchase. This includes automated emails from Big Cartel, for example, confirming a purchase.


We may contact from one of our main addresses ( or  to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company or to update you if our privacy policy had changed. For these purposes we may contact you via email only.


When we send out any marketing information, we will only send to those who have signed up to receive our newsletters. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time and your personal information (i.e. your name and e-mail address) will "be forgotten"  (permanently deleted from our database).


We use Wix ShoutOut to send all marketing e-mails and newsletters.




Our CMS (content management system) is provided by Wix. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We may use software tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, the location (country & city) of the user and the gender and age of the user. This information is kept in a general form and only used to gauge the interests and audience engagement regarding TSH’s site content. This information can only be accessed by the editor at TSH and wil not be sold, or traded, to any third parties.
